Terms of service
Terms of Service
All work is COD. 75% Deposits or full payment is required prior to work being done as determined by the Technician. Failure to pay in full will result in Criminal Fraud charges for defrauding a merchant plus collections, Attorney Fees and Court costs, all at clients expense plus no less than 10 times the bill owed or $10.000 Minimum, whichever is greater. NO REFUNDS on Deposits. No REFUNDS on repairs.

Failure to let us complete repairs will result in twice the full estimate due immediately for Breach of Contract and any or all collection fees.

For your security and the safety of our Technicians we strongly encourage electronic payment methods.
NO PERSONAL CHECKS EVER !

A transaction fee will apply.
Bills are computer calculated. Technicians do not have power to haggle over or adjust billing. Any consideration for an adjustment must go through the central office.

EVERY bill will contain at least one appointment fee per unit plus Labor plus Parts (if any) plus Misc Expenses Pl.
Appointment fees are not "service calls"
Appointment fees are not refundable and taken at the time the appointment is made. Appointments are not cancelable. If the client does not want their appointment it is a breach of contract.
Appointment fees pay for personnel pre-appointment prep time to study your particular problem, look up parts and find possible solutions. Continued
Even if a customer is not home or tries to cancel their appointment you WILL BE charged for the appointment. Appointments are time, and we can not get that time back. Once a client is given an appointment time, the fee is owed and spent.Payment is taken before the appointment time is given.Clients are allowed to reschedule an appointment once if at least 48 hour notice is provided via text, email or voicemail.
